13 Chia Seed Pudding Recipes That I Want to Try
Confession: I've never made or ate chia seed pudding before, yet here I am writing this post.
After seeing a few recipes on Pinterest, I couldn't resist saving a few favorites. They look so good.
I can only hope all of these variations of chia seed pudding recipes taste as good as they look. What if I don't like chia pudding at all?
The basic recipe for chia seed pudding looks simple.
Take some coconut milk or almond milk and combine with chia seeds. Then, let it sit 3-5 hours or overnight. This allows the chia seeds to soften and become pudding-like. Then top or combine with your flavors of choice (fruit, sweeteners, nuts, seeds, chocolates, etc).
