Apple Cider Vinegar Marinade

It’s grilling season, and we’ve got the perfect apple cider vinegar marinade!

Serving size: 1 chicken breast
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeno pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  
    Instructions:
    1. Combine all marinade ingredients in blender and blend well.
    2. Allow marinade to sit for at least one hour for flavors to meld before using.
    3. Reserve one cup of marinade for basting.
    4. Marinate meat or poultry for at least three hours before cooking.
