What should I do if I’m having trouble signing in?
If you’re unable to sign in, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link. If you still need help, our Customer Care team is happy to assist.
Why is my default address set the way it is?
Your account uses your most recently used address as your default to make checkout faster and easier.
Can I have more than one account using the same email address or phone number?
No, each email address and phone number can be used for only one account to help keep your information secure and easy to manage.
Orders & Order History
Will I still see my past orders?
Yes! You will have access to up to three years of your order history, including open, shipped, and completed orders. If you need help locating an older order, Customer Care can assist.
Why do order numbers look different?
Order numbers now begin with “SHP” (for example: SHP12345). This is just a new format and doesn’t change how your order is processed or tracked.
Shipping & Taxes
Will you still offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping will be available on orders of $35 or more, effective February 2, 2026.
What are Minnesota and Colorado Retail Delivery Fees?
These state-required fees will be included in your tax total at checkout and clearly listed in your order confirmation.
Checkout & Payments
What new payment options will you offer?
We will continue to accept Visa, PayPal, MasterCard, Apple Pay and American Express.
Effective February 2, 2026 we will also accept:
- Shop Pay – a fast checkout option that securely saves your payment and shipping details
- Venmo – works similarly to PayPal for easy payment
Will I see a $0 authorization on my card anymore?
No. Your card will now be authorized for the full order amount at checkout. If your order ships in multiple packages, you won’t see multiple authorizations.
How will my discounts look at checkout?
Your discount line will include the value of any free items from promotions like BOGO offers, making savings clearer.
Can I pay for products over the phone with my banking information?
Unfortunately, no. We will not be able to accept “Turbo Checks” with the new site experience.
Addresses & Account Settings
Will I still be able to use multiple addresses in my account?
Our new system only stores one default address instead of separate billing and shipping addresses. Your most recently used address will automatically become your default.
Will my address update everywhere?
Updating your address online won’t change certain records tied to previous orders, but all future orders will use your updated information.
Subscriptions (Subscribe to Save)
Will Easy Refill Subscriptions still work the same way?
We’ve renamed the Easy Refill to Subscribe to Save. It works the same way — regular deliveries at a discounted price — just with a clearer name.
Can I make changes to my Easy Refill subscription account today?
Between January 21, 2026, and February 2, 2026, payment preferences cannot be edited, but all scheduled orders will process as usual. After February 2, 2026, you will enjoy more payment options, easier mobile shopping, and simpler subscription management.

Products
Will product pages look the same?
Flavors and sizes are now grouped on a single product page, making it easier to compare options. Product information and images have also been improved on many products.
Will you still carry the same products?
Yes! All of your favorite brands available on SwansonVitamins.com today will be available in an easier-to-shop format.
Gift Cards
Will you still offer gift certificates?
Gift certificates will be Digital Gift Cards in the new and improved experience and will be sent immediately by email only — no more physical mail. Both the sender and recipient will receive an email confirmation.
Can I redeem my existing gift certificate?
Yes! Existing printed gift certificates can still be redeemed in the checkout in the new site experience.
